Master PlantA new, pioneer mixing plant for

All necessary process steps can be done with only two machines.

A multi-functional dispersing machine of type DBI 2000/.. serves for mixing and homogenizing at low shear stress, but also for real dispersing with particles or droplet size reduction. Last but not least the machine can be used as pump for CIP-cleaning.
A specially designed spiral agitator cares for vertical and horizontal thorough mixing - independent from the direction of rotation - even at high viscosities. The procedure of the mixing process is controlled by means of a modern electric control with touch screen monitor, which can be extended on demand.

The HPH 2000/4 is a new module with high efficiency and multi-purpose use for our successful LABOR-PILOT. Process pressures up to 2000 bar can be built up with this machine. The flow rate is adjustable via speed adjustment.
